Embracing Longmeadow Schools

Grant Application

Grant proposals are welcome from any Longmeadow Public School staff members: teachers, administrators, or other school personnel. We strongly encourage proposals that involve collaboration of faculty across grades, schools and departments.

If you have project idea, please read the grant guidelines and send in a completed grant application form.

The Grant Applicaion Form is available in three formats:

• Portable Document Format (PDF) - a "read only" form you can print and fill out by hand: grantAppForm.pdf
• Microsoft Word format - use Word on your Mac or PC to enter your information: grantAppForm.doc
• Rich Text Format (RTF) - use this file with just about any word processing program: grantAppForm.rtf

We also have available our Quarterly Assessment form and the district's Disbursement Request form.
